By signing up and actively using the Deep-C-Links program, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, Deep-C-Links may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Deep-C-Links.com . If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your account at Deep-C-Links.com Your continued participation in the Deep-C-Links.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws. **Since sanctions are in place by the US Department of the Treasury, Memberships from Burma, Cuba, Iraq, and Iran can no longer be accepted! This is effective March 21/06
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with Deep-C-Links.com.
The webmaster of Deep-C-Links.com reserves the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information
Members may post in forums without fear of losing their account concerning either the site Deep-C-Links or the staff of Deep-C-Links. Exclusion to this is vulgarity, racist, hateful, degrading, or presenting false evidence that can be proven to be untrue by any member of the staff of Deep-C-Links. It is requested if you have any problems that you first email us using the contact form.
Comprehension and Reading skills of the English Language are a must in order for you to stay a Member with Deep-C-Links.com Failure to meet these requirements will result in the account being deleted. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account which also includes making sure that all user information is filled in. This includes all payment information!! Failure to have this completed will result in you receiving an Administrative email warning for which you must reply within 5 days. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your account!!
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal and detected by the staff of Deep-C-Links.com will result in member termination and possible legal action. Giving any false information when signing up at Deep-C-Links will result in the termination of a members account. Selling of Accounts by the members is strictly prohibited!! Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Deep-C-Links will recover any and all earnings received from multiple signups. Deep-C-Links reserves the right to cancel any members account (you will lose all earnings), if upon checking their ISP, it comes up as an anonymous proxy, example: (ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc., SoftLayer Technologies, including corporate, university or college IPs, or VPNs, etc.). IP Addresses are also logged for the purpose of tracking multiple signups for the same household and country check.
New Members must click on at least (3) three links within the first eight (8) days of account creation or the account will be deleted. If your account becomes inactive for a period of (28) twenty eight days, (meaning no clicking)(logging in is not considered being active), your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. (Upgraded members that are inactive for 28 days will be suspended for 7 days, this allows time to contact the Webmaster. If no contact has been made, the account is deleted on the 8th day and you forfeit all earnings)
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, including the use of any automated system of software, or clicking Search Links if you do not live in one of these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States, this includes the PTC section of the site will result in the loss of your account. If You are clicking Search Links and you are From a Non-Search Friendly Country your account will be deleted and you forfeit all earnings!!
Any Webmaster that is a member of Deep-C-Links, who knowingly closes their site, allows the hosting to expire, scams their members, and/or not paying them and refuses any sort of communication to rectify the situation between themselves and their members, will automatically have their account here suspended. This suspension will last for a maximum of 28 days (no payout requests will be honoured) giving them time to get their site back online and communicate with their members. If after the 28 days none of the above has been done, the Webmasters account will be deleted (they can not sign back up) and they will forfeit all earnings. (the funds from these accounts will be held until a decision is made as to what to do with it) If the site is sold while offline without notification being sent to their members, the account here will be deleted. All advertising will cease for that program upon suspension of the said account.
Vacation Mode is allowed for no more than a period of 60 days at one time. On the 7th day following the end of the said vacation time, if the member has not logged in and clicked at least 3 links, then his/her account will be deleted and all earnings will be forfeited. Members must get prior approval from the Webmaster if he/she requires longer time for vacation. If this is done, a notation will go into the members account if they have contacted the WM for such approval and they will not be deleted. Maximum allowed vacation time per calendar year is 120 days.
Categories of Interest
There are Category/Interest Keywords that are put in so that the Webmaster can detect if a member can read and comprehend the English Language. Any account that has 1 or more of these keywords checked off, will automatically have the said account deleted along with all earnings (if any) and downline (if any) Keyword Interests are checked at random, so please choose them carefully!!!
International Search is a keyword that all members are allowed to check off. If you are from a non-search friendly country, this is the ONLY search category keyword you are allowed to choose and not be deleted for doing so. This means that all members from all countries are allowed to search.
Cheat Links will be sent out on a regular basis. Click 2 links within 21 days and your account will be deleted, earnings forfeited and you will not be able to signup again. Please take the time to read all emails that you receive from Deep-C-Links.com
Paid To Promote/Affiliate Pages
Accounts will be checked on a regular basis, to make sure that members are active in other areas of the site (125 clicks per month). Upon checking these, and if there is abuse by you, your links will be suspended, until such time as you become active in the other areas. I will email you a copy of your account showing your inactivity and the reason for the suspension.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Deep-C-Links.com . In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to receive messages from Deep-C-Links.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. The Administration of Deep-C-Links has the right to terminate a members account that has had a minimum of two emails returned for not keeping their inbox cleaned out. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Deep-C-Links.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Deep-C-Links.com . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Deep-C-Links.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for all monies earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Deep-C-Links.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or program, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by. A member must click on at least 8 links every thirty days, to be considered active, this includes upgraded members also!! There is no set value for point conversion due to fluctuation of site revenue. However, the Webmaster will try to maintain the highest value possible for the membership. Affiliates will be paid via PayPal / AlertPay (when available). Deep-C-Links will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout of $8.00. Everyone Must Be Active!! Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Official TOS Payout within terms of 30 days!!
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with and may result in legal prosecution. Deep-C-Links.com will strictly enforce anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Deep-C-Links.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Deep-C-Links.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
